Tomorrows Hotel Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all costs. Tomorrows Hotel Ltd will update this page from time to time, should there be any changes to this policy.

What information we collect

  • other information relevant to the delegate

What we do with the information we collect

We require this information to ensure correct registration to our events, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We will send promotional emails containing industry specific information, about upcoming events and other articles, which we think you may find interesting using the email address, which you have provided. Your information will not be used or sold or pass onto any third party and is used exclusively by Tomorrows Hotel Ltd.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for promotional purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail.

Terms and Conditions

Booking and Registration

Please read the information listed below as each booking for Tomorrows Hotel Conference is subject to Tomorrows Hotel Ltd standard terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Upon completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required no later than 10 days from the date of registration. Payment must be received prior to the conference date. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the conference if payment has not been received.

Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy

You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to Tomorrows Hotel Ltd. For any cancellations received in writing prior to the 25 July 2015, you will receive a 75% refund less bank charges. Tomorrows Hotel Ltd will levy an administration fee of 25% of the registration fee for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within a month of the conference date.
In the event that Tomorrows Hotel Ltd cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.
In the event that Tomorrows Hotel postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.
Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
Tomorrows Hotel Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Neither will Tomorrows Hotel Ltd assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Tomorrows Hotel Ltd reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

Admissions Policy

  1. Only pre-registered Tomorrows Hotel Delegates who are badge holders will be able to attend Tomorrows Hotel Conference.
  2. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from Tomorrows Hotel Conference.
  3. Anyone obtaining an World Travel Market Africa visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave World Travel Market Africa.
  4. Anyone attending Tomorrows Hotel Conference should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers, which the Organisers may ask to see.
  5. Anyone attending Tomorrows Hotel Conference must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt the Conference.
  6. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from Tomorrows Hotel Conference and the venue, Sugar Beach Resort who do not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules.
  7. The Organisers of Tomorrows Hotel Conference and Sugar Beach Resorts does not accept any form of liability whatsoever in terms of personal liability of the delegates attending Tomorrows Hotel Conference.
